The design draws the eye upward, with layered brickwork and deep reveals giving the structure a sense of depth and permanence.
The street-facing frontage invites activity, where double-height openings and transparent edges create an open dialogue with the urban context. Planters integrated into the façade soften the geometry, adding moments of green that contrast with the warm brick tones. Inside, flexible floor plates cater to a variety of commercial uses, all bathed in filtered daylight.
